This role is all about creating outstanding customer journeys using HubSpot. To do this, you’ll build, oversee, and optimise email campaigns. With over 50,000 customer records, you’ll have a lot of success from the outset in segmenting the database, sorting out the customer journey and creating full-funnel marketing automations. You’ll also have the chanced to create content and messaging for targeted customer email campaigns and newsletters, lead nurturing campaigns, and landing pages.
- Handle email marketing campaigns and marketing automation using HubSpot.
- Tidy, build on and segment their significant database.
- Build automations and optimised landing pages to align with the customer journey.

about you
You’ll bring experience using content relationship management and marketing automation platforms – this company uses HubSpot. You’ll have a good working knowledge of the Google marketing stack (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager etc.). You’ll also have familiarity with Google Data Studio and the ability to understand and interpret data. You’ll be able to build positive relationships internally and externally, have an eye for design and customer experience, and be able to solve problems logically and creatively.
- Experience creating processes and automation using CRM platforms – HubSpot preferrable.
- Experience with content management + working knowledge of the Google marketing stack.
- Familiarity with Data Studio + ability to understand and interpret data for insights.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills + an eye for design and UX.
- Both creative and logical thinking with problem-solving skills.
