You’ll join a stable, successful brand in a senior-level position that has digital strategy & team leadership at its heart. Line-managing a passionate & high-performing team of six, your mission is to lead the planning and execution of the company's e-commerce and digital marketing activities across NZ + Australia. You’ll craft the overall digital plan and road map - creating a seamless online customer journey, and driving online sales.    

 

  • Team Leadership: Coach, line-manage and inspire a passionate team of e-comm and digital marketing specialists.  
  • Digital Strategy: Develop and implement the digital roadmap for the company, staying informed about emerging trends and ensuring compliance with digital legalities.  
  • Digital Marketing: Craft and execute digital marketing campaigns, manage various online channels, and report on performance metrics to drive online and offline business.  
  • E-Commerce Management: Drive online revenue growth, optimize customer experiences on websites, and ensure the seamless functioning of online platforms.  
  • Content Strategy: Work with the creative team to develop an effective content blueprint for each brand under the company, ensuring that content aligns with the overall digital roadmap and consistently reflects the brand's voice and message.

You’ll be a seasoned team leader, with a supportive and motivating approach to line management. With a strong pedigree in driving e-commerce success, you’ll bring proven skills in developing and executing a robust digital roadmap. Passionate about the online customer experience, your strong communication skills, and ability to see the big picture will be well utilised in this position.   

 

  • Proven team leadership skills.  
  • Track record and developing successful digital roadmaps, and rolling them out across the business and your team. 
  • Strong experience in both digital marketing & e-commerce. 
  • A commercial mindset, with the ability to drive online revenue growth, optimise the customer experience, and ensure seamless website functionality.
