In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimising the brand’s marketing efforts. You’ll use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance the customer experience, improving conversion rates & and average order value while driving business growth.   • Design, build, and execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.   
  • Design, build, and maintain marketing automation workflows and journeys across email, SMS, and other communication channels.  
  • Utilise data-driven insights to develop and implement customer segmentation strategies. 
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvements.  
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop compelling content for marketing campaigns. 

about you

You’ll have proven experience in marketing automation, coupled with a passion for the digital space. Your strengths will blend strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. 

 

  • Proven skills in using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to automate and personalise marketing campaigns across online and offline channels. 
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS.  
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. 
  • Problem-solving abilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
