role

In this client-facing role, you’ll join a tight-knit and highly collaborative team at a successful creative agency. They have a real family feel to the business culture, and you’ll have the chance to work closely with Designers, Creatives, Marketers and Strategists, making sure that your digital campaigns dovetail into the other offline media channels.  Your job is to work closely with clients and implement their digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google AdWords, remarketing, SEO, social (paid & organic), and email marketing. There will be plenty of client communications – not only with post-campaign reporting, but also with making recommendations. 

 

  • Implement digital campaigns across various channels including Google AdWords, remarketing, SEO, social media (paid & organic), and email marketing. 
  • Execute post-campaign reporting activities to analyse and evaluate the performance of digital campaigns.  
  • Engage in client communication, reporting on campaign results, and providing recommendations based on the obtained data. 
  • Collaborate on copywriting tasks or briefing the creative team. 

about you

You’ll be an experienced digital marketing professional, skilled in campaign set up, management and reporting across channels such as SEO, Google Ads, EDMs, and social media. Preferably, you’ll bring strong skills in a number of these channels, but there is room to learn more and grow into some of these channels, too. You’ll have a warm, team-focused manner, and the ability to work closely with clients and form great relationships. 

 

  • Proven digital marketing experience. 
  • Expertise across multiple digital marketing channels such as SEO, Google Ads, remarketing, social media, and email marketing. 
  • A solid understanding of GA4 + Tag Manager. 
  • Ideally, experience working on e-commerce campaigns, with an understanding of Shopify.   
  • Strong communication skills, and excited to work in a client facing role.
