This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a NZ Government department and assist in an exciting transformation programme. As the Communications Advisor, you’ll work within the Communications function and will be responsible for supporting communications activity across the entirety of the programme. This is a temporary role spanning over 3 months and starting at the beginning of October.
- Support Communications activity across digital channels for the entire programme.
- Implement the programme's digital strategy including the website, and social media and ensure the integration of digital channels into the programme's communications plan.
- Develop and implement digital communications plans that clearly outline objectives, risks, mitigations, key messages, and plans.
- Engage with both internal and external audiences.
- Work with the Communications department to establish digital platforms for engagement.
about you
You’ll have proven experience in digital marketing, with skills in social media content development, and stakeholder management. Your strengths will blend a passion for the digital space and the ability to work autonomously.
- Prior experience in developing and executing digital communications strategies.
- Proven experience in managing social media content and engagement/ channel management.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve.
- Previous management of internal and external relationships with a range of partners and stakeholders.
