This fast-growing brand manufactures, imports, and distributes consumer products across NZ and Australia. They have four e-commerce sites for B2B and B2C customers, and a state-of-the-art factory here in NZ. With ambitious growth plans, they have a high emphasis on product quality. role
In this role, you’ll manage four Shopify sites and drive online sales in NZ and Australia. The company has had good online sales so far, and with this new role there’s a huge opportunity to make an impact and develop this side of the business much further. You’ll manage an e-comm staff member from day one and build a larger team underneath you as online revenues increase.
- Drive online sales across four e-commerce websites, aimed at B2B and B2C markets in NZ + Australia.
- Track, analyse and report on digital metrics and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Line manage and lead a small team.
- Ensure that the four sites are integrated with in-house IT systems.
- Together with your team, deliver effective marketing campaigns across owned and organic channels (think SEO, email marketing, etc.).
about you
This is an ideal opportunity for you to step up and own the company’s e-commerce and digital marketing strategy. If you have proven skills in e-commerce and a good understanding of the digital marketing levers to pull, we want to speak with you.
- Successful background in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Analytical approach, with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in team management (or the desire to run a team, and the skills to step up in this area)
- Commercial mindset, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
